Established in 1986, Design Plus Construction is a family owned business located in Massapequa specializing in Nassau and Suffolk counties, on both commercial and residential projects. We are experts in all phases of construction, and we take pride in distinguishing ourselves thru our honesty, workmanship, design and attention to detail.
The owner, Thomas Lippolt is a carpenter by trade, with over 30 years of experience and treats all his clients like family.
